In the end of June 2018, CNC was engaged by Sinh Nam Metal Ltd., one of leading companies in supplying and installing façade, to assist Sinh Nam in the bidding process of the façade package of Alpha 03 Town building, located at 289 Tran Hung Dao, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city, one of 11 major projects of foreign investor – Alpha King in Vietnam.

Although lots of well-known contractors such as Eurowindow, BM Windows were interested in this project, the investor chosen Sinh Nam to be the nominated subcontractor to execute the project for China Construction Company (CSCES) with contract value of more VND200 billion.

Sinh Nam’s trust in CNC for this project comes from the success of previous major projects provided legal advice by CNC such as Le Meridien Saigon Hotel project, Mapletree Business Centre project, Building new FLC’s  headquarter project.

Sinh Nam expressed its special interest in Alpha Tower 3 to the Investor and related Parties (CSCES, Arcadis Vietnam) by not only showing its experiences but also putting forward great ideas for project, and proposing lots of terms and conditions of subcontracts.

Sinh Nam’s proposal not only complied the Letter of Tender requirements but also approached details of subcontract’s terms and conditions, and understood unclear or unreasonable provisions which may arise disputes.

By special proficiency and experience in legal construction, CNC successfully assisted Sinh Nam to review LOA, adjust and negotiate for terms and conditions of the nominated subcontracts drafted under FIDIC’s terms and conditions.
