Mr. Tran Pham Hoang Tung
Tung is a Partner of CNC with many years of legal practice experience in construction and real estate.
Before joining CNC, Tung practiced as an in-house lawyer at Novaland Group – one of the leading real estate investors in Vietnam and as an in-house lawyer at Hoa Binh Construction Group – one of the largest construction contractors in Vietnam. These working experiences give Tung a deep understanding of the real estate and construction markets, both in terms of legal aspects and market practices. In addition, Tung has many years of experience in drafting, negotiating and managing FIDIC contracts for large-scale construction projects and regularly participating in sharing knowledge and experience of FIDIC contracts to practitioners in Vietnam. Alongside CNC’s dispute resolution team, Tung has participated in numerous high-value and complex international arbitration cases at VIAC, SIAC, ICC, and other institutions.
Tung has co-authored the chapter FIDIC Application in Vietnam in the Construction Law International magazine of the International Bar Association (IBA). He also a member of the Society of Construction Law Vietnam (SCLVN).
Besides construction and real estate, Tung has also consulted on issues related to international sale of goods, renewable energy, hotel management agreement and project finance transactions.
