With the desire to operate professionally and ensure business operations comply with the law, GeoInstinct Vietnam appoints CNC as its In-house Counsel to ensure transparency and limit legal risks in the business process which related to:
- Business fields and lines of foreign-invested enterprises.
- Ability to do business that are not prohibited by law.
- Limits, and legal and technical barriers that GeoInstinct Vietnam needs to overcome when doing business in Vietnam.
- Optimize management structure and business operation.
- The signing and performance of contracts, including Tax contracts, Labour contracts and Service contracts with partners.
After being appointed, CNC and GeoInstinct Vietnam quickly established information exchange channels and agreed that direct communication via email or paper documents will be carried out for legal or complex transactions. On the contrary, exchanges via phone messages, Zalo, Viber, and Whatsapp will be done for less complicated matters.
Not only that, but to check and retrieve information without interruption, GeoInstinct Vietnam creates an email account to request services and receive feedback and support from CNC. This also helps to control actual business hours, who is authorized to request services as well as other administrative matters.
