For the Employer, to address the media crisis is an arduous process. Below is the list of actions that must be taken with haste by the Employer:

List of actions that ought to be taken to address the media crisis

Tran Thai Cam Ranh Joint Stock Company has unhesitantly appointed CNC as the legal advisor to resolve the media crisis at the Project “The Arena Cam Ranh” in October 2020.

This is also the second time CNC has cooperated with another member of the Vinh Nha Trang Group. Previously, CNC was honored to be appointed as the legal support unit at the Panorama Nha Trang Project (Commercial name is “Eastin Grand Hotel Nha Trang”) in 2016.

At The Arena Cam Ranh, CNC has cooperated with the Client’s utility departments and sectors to analyze and evaluate the pros and cons of the clients (from both legal and practical perspectives) in each issue. To be specific:

CNC’s success at The Arena Cam Ranh Project could be attributed to the motto “Prioritize the Client’s interest and only the client’s interest”, as such, CNC could focus on “the solution instead of the problem”, thereby choosing the most optimal solution.

Throughout the service, CNC has always cooperated with and considered the Client’s departments such as the Legal Department, Customer Services Department, Construction Department, Bidding Department, Finance – Accounting  Department, and Board of Directors a cohesive, inseparable whole. Each step and action taken would require meticulous discussion beforehand and shall be undertaken by the most appropriate unit. This is what makes the CNC brand (Commitment & Cooperation)

CNC’s pride is based on the solid foundation and clear policy of operation, with heavy emphases placed on the fields of Construction, Infrastructure, and Real Estate.

CNC’s lawyers are well-acquainted with important construction contracts or infrastructure investment contracts such as BOT, BTO, BT, FIDIC Contracts and Contracts that meet the Australia Standard (AS2124)
