“Why should you choose FIDIC Contract?”  is an important question that always pops up whenever construction contracts are concerned.

Ever since its first inception in 1957, FIDIC Contract Form has been continuously improved to meet the growing demands of various group of users in all part of the globe.

Therefore, in order to gain a better understanding of the merits of FIDIC Contract application, CNC is pleased to introduce FIDIC users in Vietnam to the webinar on “Why should you choose FIDIC Contract?”

This is one of the twelve sessions on FIDIC 1999 Contract, which would be held by CNC on every Sartuday, starting from 19:00 to 20:00 on Zoom platform and livestreamed on CNC’s Official Youtube Channel and CNC’s Official Facebook’s page silmutaneously which could be accessed using the following links:

Webinar No.2 – “Why should you choose FIDIC Contract?” would put forward various questions to the participants. For example:

(1) Questions on the experience of putting any Contract Forms introduced by FIDIC into application;

(2) Questions on the consistency of FIDIC Contract Forms usage in work;

(3) Questions on the sorting principles of the materials constituting the contracts;

(4) Questions on the methods FIDIC utilized to structure their contract forms;

(5) Questions on the challenges when applicating FIDIC Contract in Vietnam.
