On the morning of April 7, 2023, the Urban Railway Management Board and the Society of Construction Law – Viet Nam signed a cooperation agreement on contracts and dispute resolution in construction.
Participating in the signing ceremony, Mr. Le The Hung, Vice President of the Society of Construction Law – Vietnam and Managing Partner of CNC Vietnam Limited Liability Law Company, provided a presentation on ‘Identifying Common Disputes in International Contracts’ from CNC Counsel’s Dispute Resolution services. Following the presentation, leaders from both sides delivered speeches and performed the protocol for signing the cooperation agreement between the Urban Railway Management Board and the Society of Construction Law – Viet Nam.
Through this signing ceremony, it is hoped that the Urban Railway Management Board and the Society of Construction Law – Viet Nam will establish and further enhance channels for exchange and cooperation between the two parties in matters related to contract issues and dispute resolution of contraction.
