On September 7, 2019, CNC Vietnam Law Firm held a FIDIC 1999 Contract Management Consultancy meeting in Ho Chi Minh City to answer legal issues related to the application of the 1999 FIDIC Contract on Practice
What’s so special about the consultation?
The consultation session was held by the preparation and organization of CNC, with the advice and sharing of experiences of Lawyer Le The Hung – CNC’s executive lawyer, with the participation of brothers and sisters from many units, working in many different roles such as investors, contractors and consultants.
