- How would the failure to send Notifications of Extension of Time affect the contractor’s rights and benefits?
- What are the bases that the Contractor should prepare to be able to ensure that each EOT Claim is well-reasoned, well-argued, and convincingly evidenced?
- What are the responsibilities of Employers (or the representative of Employers) upon the receipt of Contractor’s EOT Claim?
Ngoài ra, nhiều câu hỏi khác cũng được các anh, chị tham dự hội thảo nêu lên và được các diễn giả thảo luận một cách sôi nổi như:
Moreover, there are also other questions brought up by the participants that have been thoroughly discussed by the speakers such as:
- What are the Contractor’s obligations in mitigating the damage or negative influence arising out of delaying events?
- What are delays and their legal consequences?
- Could Employers be held liable in cases where the Contractor’s claims are left unaddressed?
For a more comprehensive and in-depth view of the issues pertaining to this topic, Dear readers could refer to the article Extension of Time under Construction Contract that has been published by CNC.
