INTRODUCTION

Filing EOT claims and preparing evidence are challenging tasks that require the utmost caution to effectively protect one’s rights in a construction contract.

In this session, our Lawyers and Experts will share their experiences and provide valuable insights on drafting and submitting EOT claims, as well as preparing evidence in an effective and professional manner according to international standards.

Specifically, the speakers will focus on the following content:

• Preconditions for Granting EOTs to Contractors;

• Practical insights on preparing EOT claims and gathering evidence;

• Challenges in preparing and submitting supporting documentation for EOT claims.
