On February 25th, the Workshop “REMARKABLE CHANGES IN FIDIC 2017 & SUGGESTION FOR THE PREPARATION OF “PARTICULAR CONDITIONS”” was hosted successfully 
In the opening session, with the role of moderator, Mr. Tran Pham Hoang Tung (Senior Associate of CNC Vietnam Law Firm) had a plain presentation about the remarkable changes in FIDIC 2017. In the 2nd session, Ms. Tong Thi Thu Thao (Legal Manager of Ricons Construction Investment JSC) shared her experiences in the preparation of “Particular Conditions”.
After two sessions of two moderators, the participants had a heated discussion, as well as gave many concerns and questions in order to give the most reasonable conclusions for the discussed issues about FIDIC 2017 and the preparation of Particular Conditions.
