Earlier this year, CNC was engaged by MEP Green & Build Myanmar Co., Ltd. (“MEPG”), an engineering team with extensive experiences in architectural design, civil design, design and installation of MEPF systems having offices in USA, Vietnam, Myanmar to prepare the MEP Contract of IBIS Style Mandalay Centre Hotel Project in Myanmar.

The IBIS Styles Mandalay Center Hotel is one of six large hotel projects of Accor Hotels in 2018. Founded in 1967 in France, Accor now owns more than 4,200 hotels in 92 countries on 5 continents. Owned a large number of subsidiaries such as Ibis, Mercure, Adagio, Onefinestay, etc., Accor is globally present and represents many different brands.

The Services, which include legal advice, deal structuring, MEP Contract drafting, and contract negotiation with the Employer, AK & K Company Limited, were successfully handed. MEPG and AK & K Company were particularly pleased and appreciated the care, dedication and professional services delivered which obviously ensure the concise, clear understanding and thereafter the smooth performance of the MEP Contract.
