Hiring position: Associate
Introduction
CNC Vietnam Company Limited (CNC) was established in 2013, provides specialized legal services in real estate, construction, enterprise and business.
Job Descriptions:
- Take part in resolving disputes at Court, Arbitration;
- Research provisions of the Contract concerning the Construction field;
- Draft, and review Contract templates regarding the Construction field such as: Main Contract, Sub Contract, EPC Contract, etc;
- Draft letters, documents, and notifications for Clients and Counterparts;
- Consult, and respond to all concerns and claims of Clients and Counterparts directly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.) or higher;
- Year of experience: at least 04 years in Law Firm, Construction Firm (excluding the intern period);
- Have at least 02 years in resolving disputes at Court and Arbitration;
- Have professional knowledge and/or experience related to Vietnamese law on construction;
- Have a strong knowledge base in Vietnamese law on civil and commercial;
- Have professional knowledge and/or experience related to FIDIC Contract forms in Vietnam is an advantage.
Other requirements:
- Good command of English (4 skills);
- Self-aware and clear-headed thinking;
- Relationship building skills;
- Have skills to work independently and in groups.
