CNC’s Contribution in the National Exhibition and Convention Center
CNC is proud to announce that, in collaboration with the parties in the National Exhibition and Convention Center Project, CNC has rendered legal and contract management advisory services, thereby mitigating risks of dispute and bringing about the project’s success.
Located in the former Dong Anh District, Hanoi, the National Exhibition and Convention Center is a national-level project, carrying symbolic and strategic significance for the socio-economic development of Vietnam.
With the total scale of approximately 90 hectares, the Project ranks among the Top 10 largest exhibition centers in the world. The Center features an indoor exhibition structure with design inspired by the Mythical Golden Turtle, consisting of 9 zones with a total floor area exceeding 130.000 m2, 4 outdoor exhibition parks covering a total area of 20.6 hectares, two smaller indoor exhibition halls, and various auxiliary facilities.
The project is likened to globally successful models such as Dubai Expo (UAE), Messe Frankfurt (Germany), and Fiera Milano (Italy), and is expected to become a driving force for the development of an “expo economy” model in Vietnam.

As a key project that carry national symbolic significance, the project posed significant challenges for all of the involved parties, ranging from stringent international safety standards, rigorous technical and aesthetic requirements to the demand of seamless coordination among contractors so that multiple work items could be simultaneously delivered as well as the adherence to an accelerated program so that major events could be organized on schedule.
Thanks to the concerted efforts of all parties – namely the Employer, Contractor, and consultants, the formerly undeveloped site has been successfully transformed into the National Exhibition and Convention Center Project, a grandeur structure serving as the venue for important events in the upcoming 80-year anniversary of the Independence Day (02/09/1945-02/09/2025):
