Workshop: The Art of EOT Claims and Evidence Preparation - A Brief Retrospect – CNC

On the evening of 20 November, 2024, the workshop with the theme “The Art of EOT Claims and Evidence Preparation” has been successfully held at Vien Dong Hotel (Ho Chi Minh), with the participation of many legal practitioners in the field of construction from law firms, employers, engineers, and contractors.

Through the workshop, our lawyers and experts have exchanged ideas and provided participants with valuable knowledge and multi-layered perspectives on extension of time claims, the proper way to submit extension of time claims as well as analysis method for impact of delay on the critical path.
