On the morning of April 22, 2023, CNC was honored to be invited to attend the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement (MOU) between the University of Economics and Finance Ho Chi Minh City (UEF) and Enterprises & Workshop “Law Career in the digital age – opportunities and challenges”

The ceremony was held with the participation of the representatives of enterprises, including CNC Vietnam Law Firm Company Limited, Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers Law Firm, King Attorney Corporation, PLF Law Company Limited, Ben Nghe–Sai Gon Law Company Limited, Vietnam Merchants Arbitration Center, Van Thi My Duc Notary office, Viet Dong A Single-member Limited Liability Company, MLT Lawyers Company Limited,… In addition, there were also guests such as Intermediate Court Judge Nguyen Xuan Tung – Deputy Chief Judge of Thu Duc City, HCM City; Intermediate Procurator Nguyen Anh Thuong – Deputy Chief of Office of the High-level People’s Procuracy in HCM City.
With a consistent goal, UEF aims for higher education standards that combine the quintessence of international higher education with economic changes in the context of globalization, providing in-depth training in Economics and Finance to satisfy society’s increasing demands for qualified human resources.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Do Quoc Anh – Vice Chairman of the School Council emphasized the role of law in social and economic life. For students of the Faculty of Law, the provision of opportunities to study, practice, and apply law is vital. That is also the purpose of the MOU signing.
Workshop “Law Career in the digital age – opportunities and challenges”
Within the framework of the program, the Workshop “Law Career in the Digital Age – opportunities and Challenges” helped students of the Faculty of Law have a better grasp of the legal profession’s situation in the current era, thus providing opportunities to connect with enterprises for practical training.
For the Faculty of Law and the University, this is a memorable milestone marking the continuous development pertaining to training partners, promising to bring students many opportunities and environments to study and work. At the same time, the Faculty of Law and the University also send their gratitude to CNC Counsel and other enterprises that have accompanied UEF in recent times in providing space and environment for UEF students to access and exchange legal knowledge through articles from Training Programs and Workshops as well as from the company’s Website.
