This transaction is conducted between a foreign bank branch in Vietnam and a leading multinational corporation in the renewable energy industry, with the objective of mobilizing capital for the enterprise’s clean energy project portfolio in Vietnam.
Within the scope of this engagement, CNC Counsel is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and finalizing all legal documentation, including the credit agreement, mortgage contract, and disbursement-related materials, thereby optimizing negotiation timelines and safeguarding the interests of all parties involved. Concurrently, CNC provides independent legal opinions on key terms and conditions of the transaction, ensuring strict compliance with international standards and Vietnamese law.
