Bui Anh Tuan has 17 years of hands-on experience in legal and regulatory matters for real estate and infrastructure projects, including urban developments, commercial and residential buildings, industrial parks, and transport infrastructure delivered through public-private partnerships (PPPs). He has led and coordinated legal work throughout the project lifecycle, from investment approvals, land matters, planning, and construction through to completion, handover, and operation, at major real estate developers, including Ban Viet, PiGroup, Sunny World, Tien Phuoc, and Dai Phuc Group.
Tuan began his career in the public sector reviewing engineering designs before moving into senior management roles with real estate developers. His experience within a regulatory authority gives him a detailed understanding of how regulations are interpreted and applied, as well as how approval processes work in practice. This background enables him to navigate administrative procedures and work proactively and effectively with regulators and local authorities.
Also a qualified civil engineer, Tuan brings a strong technical foundation to his work. He assesses planning and design documentation against a project’s legal status and provides practical advice on the approvals and steps required to move the project forward.
