Doan Thi Hong Linh

Ms. Doan Thi Hong Linh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. At the moment, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economic Law at the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.

As a veteran, Ms. Doan Thi Hong Linh has accumulated more than ten years’ worth of experience in fields of Law and Finance-Bank, having worked for major and credible Banks, Financial Institutions, and Law Firms such as International Bank of Citibank (now acquired by International Bank of UOB), Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), HD Saison Finance Co., Ltd, etc.

During her years of practice, Ms. Hong Linh has directly participated in numerous complex cases that vary in both nature and fields of law. To be specific, Ms. Hong Linh has participated as the attorney in various criminal cases at Court of various levels, some of the more notable examples include major economic case such as: The criminal case of Alibaba Real Estate Joint Stock Company, the Vietnam Register Major Corruption Case involving 11 registration centers in Ho Chi Minh City, Van Thinh Phat Fraud Case – Phase 2, etc.

Whether as the authorized representative or the defense counsel of involved parties’ legitimate rights and interests, Ms. Hong Linh has experience dealing with cases in the fields of civil, administrative, labor, or commercial law.
