CNC’s Experience regarding Project Finance transaction in the Renewable Energy Sector

The transaction, conducted with a branch of an international bank operating in Vietnam, marks a significant milestone in Phase 2 of the rooftop solar power project at Bàu Bàng Industrial Park, Binh Duong Province.
Led by Managing Partner Le The Hung, with Senior Associate Tran Pham Hoang Tung and Associate Tran Thi Hanh Nhan, CNC Counsel’s legal team provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction. This included meticulous review and negotiation of transaction documents (Letter of Credit, Facility Agreement, and Security Agreements), as well as the drafting and finalization of the loan disbursement dossier in full compliance with international standards and Vietnamese law.
