CNC assisted in the successful negotiation of the Construction Contract for Package 5.10
CNC is honored to have successfully assisted the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) in the review and negotiation of the Construction Contract for Package 5.10: “Construction and Equipment Installation for the Passenger Terminal Building”. Package 5.10, which belongs to Component Project No. 3, is the package with the highest value within the Long Thanh International Airport Project – Phase 1, with a total value of over 35.000 billion dongs.
After a prompt and fruitful negotiation process, the content of the construction contract for package 5.10 has been agreed upon by the Employer (ACV) and the Contractor (Joint Venture Vietur). Package 5.10 is officially commenced on August 31st, 2023, and expected to be completed by November 2026.
