CNC’s Milestones for the Girder Casting and Launching Equipment Package under the VinSpeed Projects
CNC Counsel is honored to announce that it is accompanying the Client as legal advisor and contract manager for the Package of Supplying and Installing the Girder Casting and Launching Equipment System on 02 VinSpeed high-speed railway projects: the Ben Thanh – Can Gio line (Ho Chi Minh City) and the Ha Noi – Quang Ninh line, led by Managing Partner Le The Hung and Partner Tran Pham Hoang Tung, together with Associate Pham Nguyen Tan Trung, Associate Huynh Le Thao Trang, and Legal Assistant Nguyen Thanh Long.

Vietnamese Contractor masters the Girder-Launching Equipment System
This is one of the rare instances in which a domestic contractor has directly manufactured and installed bridge girder-launching equipment. The process applies stringent international technical standards for deflection control, precision, and synchronization of the construction line, while the entire supply and installation effort must keep pace with an urgent schedule to meet the 2028 commercial operation milestone.
Challenges for CNC
CNC faced numerous complex challenges in managing legal and contractual risk on the equipment package for these two high-speed railway projects. These challenges stemmed from the tight schedule, technical requirements without precedent in Vietnam, multiple contractors working simultaneously on site, the large scale of the projects, and complex terrain ranging from the mountainous regions of the North to the soft soil conditions of the South.
Against that backdrop, the CNC team had to address legal risks arising throughout the course of contract implementation to fully protect the Client’s lawful rights and interests.
