On 10/10/2025, the commencement ceremony of the Home Campus Project of Fulbright University Vietnam – Phase 1A – 1 was officially held at the Hi-Tech Park of Ho Chi Minh City. This event marks an important step in the actualization of international-level education environment, thus providing a modern and sustainable space for the future generation of scholar to study.

In this over 20-million USD project, CNC Counsel is honored to serve as the legal advisor for the Employer – Fulbright University Vietnam Corporation.
CNC has provided direct assistance in the review and negotiation of Letter of Award for Package BP02A – Phase 1A-1, which include:
- Construction of B8 Building Block
- Infrastructure and utility system of B9 Building Block
- And temporary works of B1 Building Block
With meticulous preparation and strict coordination between the parties, the commencement ceremony was officially held on 10/10/2026 and the project is expected to be completed prior to September, 2026.

Through meticulous selection, Newtecons Investment Construction Joint Stock Company – The Principal Contractor for Design & Build, was entrusted with the assurance of quality, progress and international standards for this construction.
