FIDIC 2017 Contract Management Course

On June 3^rd, 2023, the FIDIC 2017 Contract Manage Course which lasted 2 days officially reached its conclusion.

Throughout the course, the participants and Mr. Le The Hung have proactively shared and exchanged information on issues relevant to FIDIC Contracts as well as the experience of utilizing such contracts.

In this course, Mr. Le The Hung was directly in charge of teaching, sharing, and exchanging knowledge and experience on topics such as:

– Subcontractor and Nominated Subcontractor

– Submission, Review, and EOT Determination;

– Taking over in FIDIC 2017 Contracts.

– Variation and Adjustment FIDIC 2017 Contracts

– Claims and Contract Disputes Resolution in FIDIC 2017 Contracts;

Finally, the most anticipated topic by many FIDIC users – The new features of FIDIC 2017 Contracts in comparison to FIDIC 1999 Contracts.

After the conclusion of the course, CNC realized that many potential participants who expressed their interest in the Course on FIDIC 2017 were unable to register for the course on time. As such, in the near future (expected to be in December), CNC shall hold another Course on FIDIC 2017 for people who have missed out on this Course.
