Workshop “Contract Price and Payment in Construction Contracts”

During the drafting and implementation of construction contracts, the Contract Price and payment is considered one of the vital issues that deserve more attention and scrutiny from contracting parties. Since the contract price is the amount of money that employers remunerate contractors for the undertaking of specifications on quantity, quality, schedule, payment conditions, advance payment, and other specifications in accordance with the agreement specified in the construction contract.

In practice, parties to the construction contract often encounter difficulties pertaining to the determination of contract price during the process of negotiation as well as payment.

Having understood the difficulties faced by many enterprises in the construction industry, CNC will organize the Workshop “Contract Price and Payment in Construction Contract”, under the lead of CNC and other speakers from Vina QS Co. Ltd – the first Quantity Surveyor Company specialized in giving counsel on the Management of Quantity and Cost in Vietnam
