On 25/03/2023, CNC  successfully launched the “Taking Over in Construction Contract” Workshop, in which participants engaged in practical workshops facilitated by knowledgeable FIDIC facilitators. 🎉

Session 1: Provisions within Vietnam Law, and FIDIC regarding Taking Over in Construction & Practical Experience

👥  Mr. Tran Pham Hoang Tung (Senior Associate of CNC Viet Nam Law Firm Co. Ltd.) opened the workshop and provided participants with a consolidated presentation of Provisions within Vietnam Law, and FIDIC regarding Taking Over in Construction.

Onward, Mr. Phan Hong Tin facilitated the next program, Mr. XXX (Deputy Director of Green Mark Construction Joint Stock Company) shared his experience on Taking Over in Construction Contract.

Session 2: Discussion

🤝 Following the presentation of the two moderators, participants further engaged in the discussion through an ask and answer session to ensure that a reasonable conclusion would emerge from the topic of discussion, “Taking Over in Construction Contract”.
