On 26/04/2024, at Rex Hotel Saigon, CNC Counsel is honored to partake in the Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference on the theme “Construction Contract and International Arbitration: When Legal Traditions Collide” held by the Society of Construction Law – Vietnam (SCLVN), Faculty of International Law – Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and Vietnam International Arbitration Center. At this major event, CNC is proud that Mr. Le The Hung – the Managing Partner of CNC, is invited as the moderator of Section C1 on the topic: “Practical tips for Tribunals on using Tribunal-Appointed Experts in Civil Law Jurisdictions”
Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference (HICAC 2024) manages to gather both domestic and international experts
With main events of HICAC 2024 took place on 25 & 26/04/2024 and the side events took place from 24 to 27/04/2024, the conference managed to gather 41 domestic and international experts who have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in Construction Arbitration.

On the morning of 25/04/2024, the conference started with the general session on topics involving construction and dispute resolution

In the evening, the Conference revolved around the following four topics:

Panel B2: “Inquisitorial Style vs Adversarial Style in International Arbitration & Best Practices”
On 26/04/2024, CNC is honored to partake in the Conference as a moderator. This was a great opportunity for CNC to learn from and exchange knowledge on construction arbitration with other experts in the industry, thereby further consolidating CNC’s position in consultation and resolution of construction disputes.
