CNC – Legal Journey with the VinFast Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Ha Tinh Province
CNC is proud to announce that, in collaboration with the parties in Project of VinFast Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Ha Tinh Province, CNC has rendered legal and contract management advisory services, thereby mitigating risks of dispute and bringing about the project’s success.
VinFast Ha Tinh Plant Project was executed on 08 December 2024, with a total investment of 7.3 trillion VND and a construction area of over 360,000 square meters. On 29 June 2025, VinFast Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Plant in Ha Tinh Province was officially inaugurated and became one of the largest electric vehicle manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and the region.
With a construction period of under 7 months, VinFast Ha Tinh is recorded as one of the automobile factories with the shortest construction period in the world to date.

VinFast Ha Tinh is equipped with one of Southeast Asia’s most advanced and highly automated production lines, featuring state-of-the-art technologies from leading global partners such as ABB, DÜRR, FANUC, and SIEMENS. All manufacturing processes strictly comply with international standards including ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems), and IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management Systems). Products from the factory not only meet domestic demand but also target international markets.
In the Phase 1, the project includes key workshops such as the Body Welding Shop, Painting Shop, General Assembly Shop, a Logistics Warehouse, and a Quality Control Center. At the present time, a 240,000-square-meter auxiliary cluster is under construction, with plans for further expansion in the coming years.
