Collection of legal documents on Renewable Energy
Introduction
Renewable Energy is gradually becoming a global trend and replacing traditional energy sources such as thermal electricity (by transforming heat power from the burning of fossil fuels into mechanical energy). Therefore, In the presence of the race to develop renewable energy, CNC continuously updates legal documents, as well as other relevant documents on “zero-carbon” energy.
The collection and updating of legal documents on renewable energy not only enables Lawyers and Legal Experts of CNC to maintain their knowledge of current legal provisions – which is essential to the provision of analyses of existing legal provisions – but also guides and supports CNC in the evaluation and mitigation of risks for Clients, especially Clients who are Employers of renewable energy projects.
Content and arrangement of legal documents on renewable energy
CNC hereby presents a collection of legal documents on Renewable Energy updated to 04/2023. This list of Renewable Energy legal documents is arranged according to three basic rules, as follows:
Firstly: priority of documents – legal documents with the higher priority (for example Law on Electricity) is prioritized over those with lower priority (guidelines). Hence, Decrees that provide guidelines are placed higher than Circulars, Documents, Decisions, etc.
Secondly: date of issuance – documents are arranged based on their date of issue, and any amendments or supplemental documents are also included.
Thirdly: for documents introduced post issuance (after the date of issue) of this collection, CNC denotes them with an asterisk (*)
