Key decision makers from Kurihara Vietnam attended the training course, which indicated the importance of keeping up with the ever-changing international construction standards and forms of contracts. It also defined our capacity to provide customized training courses to meet various demands, with respect to the Vietnam market.
- On September 23 & 24 of 2022, CNC successfully conducted a comprehensive training course of practical use of the 2017 FIDIC Contracts to Dinh Tan Construction J.S.C., in which 20 senior staff were required to attend the courses to gain a thorough knowledge of how professionally managing construction contracts, particularly with respect to 2017 FIDIC Silver Book in which Dinh Tan Construction regularly provides EPC construction services to clients worldwide. The staff at Dinh Tan Construction recognized the important changes in the second edition and gained valuable insight and practical tips applicable to present situations that they could identify with.
- On April 8, 2022, Dai Dung Corp -one of top 5 largest steel structure contractors in Vietnam – partnered with CNC to provide practical use training course on the 2017 FIDIC Contracts, in which the course provided useful and practical knowledge of 2017 FIDIC Contracts usage (including the advantages and disadvantages of use in the Vietnam market) to more than 40 staff members. The selection of 2017 FIDIC Contracts that appeared to be the most interesting session included a discussion of diverse opinions on the forms of contract, as well as the characteristics/features thereof.
- COFICO, known as the largest general contractor in Vietnam, has been a market peer in the application of FIDIC Contracts for that majority of their civil and engineering projects. Updating their resources to coincide with the changes in FIDIC 2017 Contracts became a must and Cofico enthusiastically invited CNC to provide training with respect to the significant changes in FIDIC 2017 Contracts. It was the third time since 2018 – our first engagement with COFICO – in which we provided practical use of the FIDIC 1999 Contracts to them.
- To meet the increasing market demand, CNC primarily conducts the Training Course on the 2017 FIDIC Contracts for those project stakeholders who interest in 2017 FIDIC Contracts. This has helped us maintain our leading market position since 2013 and will continues to do so with a genuine effort to minimize the gap between Vietnam and the rest of the world.
